CHICAGO, IL – Glazer’s, Inc., one of the largest beverage distributors in the country, and Stoller
Wholesale, a leading Illinois beverage distributor, are pleased to announce that the two companies have
signed a definitive agreement to create a new partnership to distribute wine, spirits, and beer in Illinois.
The new company will do business as Stoller Wholesale Distributing of Illinois, a Glazer’s Company.
Stoller Wholesale distributes wine, spirits and malt beverages in Illinois for many national suppliers,
including Imperial Brands, Don Sebastiani and Sons, Rum Chata, and other strategic vendors.

Glazer’s President and CEO, Sheldon “Shelly” Stein, commented, “With today’s announcement, we have
taken another step in Glazer’s long term growth strategy, which we believe will create increased value for
our strategic suppliers and stakeholders. We understand the importance of having strong and viable
